This sweet Shih Tzu mix was dumped at 11 years young. Thankfully he landed at Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary where he was loved and cared for until he was adopted by his forever mom five months later. Not a lot is known about his background but he’s terrified of children indicating that he had been hit more than once in his previous life. He’s now living as a cherished family member in Charleston with his forever mom and his five dog siblings. Like many small dogs, Leroy can be a bit of an alpha, but he has learned to share everything, except for his food! Leroy is now 14 years young.
