This beautiful 2 pocket apron is hand dyed in Charleston in a vat of indigo using the centuries old Shibori technique of tying, folding and binding the fabric to create a resist pattern. I’ve added it to my Oops/Discontinued section because although it’s a great apron, unless you’re broad shouldered, I discovered that the straps slip off rather easily (see pic for the back and straps). Now, if you’re cooking up something in the kitchen and have some help, you can cross the straps in back and it will stay nice and snug but you might need assistance taking the apron off! 100% Cotton. Machine washable.
