This sweet little girl was left outside on an 8’ chain with little food and water for the first year of her life. Thankfully Annabel was rescued by some good samaritans and is now living the good life as a loved, cherished and spoiled family member in South Carolina. Annabel loves her puss cat siblings and is a wonderful friend to the foster pups that her parents take into their home.
